The event brings public power executives, policymakers, and staff together to advocate for public power at the federal level. The agenda includes “Beyond Public Power: How Washington's Energy Trade Associations Are Navigating a New Congress,” “The AI Power Surge: Data Centers, Demand Growth, and Public Power’s Energy Future,” “Advocacy Toolkit: The Purple State Playbook: Public Power Advocacy in the Era of Narrow Majorities and Divided Government,” APPA Legislative & Regulatory Update, the Policy Makers Council Meeting, the Joint Action Agencies Meeting, and the Legislative & Resolutions Committee Meeting. Registration is restricted to utility, joint action agency, and state association members, except for sponsoring companies.
