Terms of Service
Last updated: September 21, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sovereignty Founders (the "Service"), operated by Westapps LLC, operator of Sovereignty Founders ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
01.
What the Service is
Sovereignty Founders is an automated aggregator and directory that collects publicly available information about events — such as salons, talks, and gatherings — from third-party organizers, venues, and publicly accessible sources, and presents it in one place with links back to the original source. Listings are generated through a combination of automated data collection (including web scraping and artificial intelligence) and manual editorial review.
We do not organize, host, sponsor, or sell access to any event listed. All RSVP and ticket links go directly to the organizer's own platform. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing, as detailed in the sections below. Sovereignty Founders does offer optional paid subscription plans for enhanced platform features — see Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation below.
02.
Aggregation & Attribution
Sovereignty Founders is a curatorial platform operated by Westapps LLC. We find, label, and display events organized by third parties — we do not organize, host, sponsor, or formally endorse any event listed in the Events.
All event details (dates, times, speakers, prices) are sourced from the organizer's own publicly available materials and may change without notice. Listings are generated in part through automated data collection, including web scraping and artificial intelligence, and may contain errors or outdated information. Before registering or attending, verify current details directly with the organizer. A source link is provided on every event page.
03.
Automated Data Collection
Sovereignty Founders uses automated processes — including web scraping, data parsing, and artificial intelligence — to collect and compile publicly available event information from third-party sources across the internet. This information is then processed, organized, and may be reviewed by our editorial team.
Because this process is largely automated, we cannot guarantee that every listing is accurate, complete, current, or free of error. Event details may be misattributed, outdated, or incorrectly categorized. We make reasonable efforts to maintain quality but disclaim responsibility for errors introduced by automated processes. If you identify an inaccuracy, please contact us and we will address it promptly.
04.
Editorial Independence
Sovereignty Founders accepts no payment for listings, no advertising from listed organizations, and no sponsored placements of any kind. All curatorial decisions — what to include, label, or feature — are made by the editorial team alone.
We have no commercial relationship with any institution, think tank, university, or organization listed in the Events. We are not affiliated with any political party, government body, or ideological movement.
05.
No Endorsement
The inclusion of any event, organizer, venue, or speaker on Sovereignty Founders does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or approval by Westapps LLC. We do not vouch for the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any listed event. Attendance at any listed event is entirely at your own risk and discretion.
06.
Tickets & Commerce
Sovereignty Founders does not sell tickets, collect event-related payments, or take commission on registrations. All RSVP and ticket links go directly to the organizer's own platform. We are not a party to any transaction between you and an event organizer, and we accept no liability for any such transaction.
07.
Accounts
You may create an account using your email address (via a one-time verification code) or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account or create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing free trials, circumventing a suspension, or evading any limitation of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that harms other users or the Service.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. When you delete your account, we will permanently remove your profile, comments, notes, saved filters, attendance records, and other user-generated content within a reasonable time. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it before deleting your account. Certain information may be retained where required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our Terms — see our Privacy Policy for details. Deletion does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees already paid.
08.
AI features
Sovereignty Founders offers an AI-powered chat assistant that can search and answer questions about events, speakers, and organizations listed on the platform. The assistant is powered by third-party large language models and may also perform web searches to supplement its answers.
AI-generated responses are provided for informational convenience only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You should not rely on them as a substitute for verifying information directly with the organizer or source. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated content.
You may optionally provide a personal event preference to customize AI responses. This preference is stored on your account and processed by our AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
09.
Calendar feeds
Sovereignty Founders allows you to generate a personal calendar feed URL (.ics) containing your attended events. This URL is secret — anyone with it can access your attended events. You are responsible for keeping it secure. If you believe the URL has been compromised, you can regenerate it from your account settings, which invalidates the previous one.
10.
Teams
Team plan subscribers may create a team and invite other users by email. The team administrator manages membership, seat allocation, and shared resources such as team-scoped saved filters. Team members may see limited information about other members on their team (such as name and email) as necessary to use team features.
Team administrators are responsible for the team's compliance with these Terms. We may suspend a team if we reasonably believe any member has materially violated these Terms.
11.
No professional advice
Sovereignty Founders is an event directory. Nothing on the Service — including AI-generated responses — constitutes professional, legal, financial, or other expert advice. Event listings and AI responses are provided for informational reference only — always verify details directly with the organizer or venue before making decisions based on them.
12.
Eligibility
The Service is intended for users located in the United States. We do not target or market the Service to users in other countries, and certain features — including paid subscriptions — are available only to users with U.S.-issued payment methods.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
13.

14.
Intellectual property
The Sovereignty Founders name, logo, design, original text, and the selection, arrangement, and compilation of listings are owned by Westapps LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own internal purposes — whether individual or within your organization — including sharing links to listings or referencing event information for informational or editorial purposes. This license does not permit reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting the Service's compiled data or listings to third parties.
Underlying event information, third-party names, marks, and logos belong to their respective owners and are displayed for identification and reference only. See Copyright & Content Removal below if you believe content should be corrected or removed.
15.
Copyright & Content Removal
Sovereignty Founders, operated by Westapps LLC, indexes publicly available event information using automated collection methods (including web scraping and artificial intelligence) and links back to its original sources. We take attribution and rights seriously. If you are an organizer, venue, or rights holder, this section explains how we handle your content and how to ask us to change or remove it.
How our listings work
Sovereignty Founders displays factual event details — such as titles, dates, locations, and short descriptions — drawn from publicly available sources, alongside a link to the original. Listings are compiled through a combination of automated data collection and editorial review. We aim to use only what is necessary to identify an event and point people to the source.
We do not claim ownership of third-party event information, names, marks, or logos. Those remain the property of their respective owners. Our use of such information is for the purpose of identification, commentary, and reference in the public interest.
For organizations
If a listing about your event is inaccurate, out of date, or you simply prefer not to be listed, you can ask us to correct or remove it. We honor reasonable removal requests from the responsible organizer or organization, and we will not relist content you have asked us to take down without your consent.
To make a request, email us at contact@sovereigntyfounders.com with a link to the listing, what you would like changed or removed, and confirmation that you represent the organizer or organization. We aim to respond to all valid requests within three business days.
For individuals
The Service may display names and professional affiliations of speakers, panelists, and other public figures associated with listed events, drawn from publicly available sources. If you are a named individual and would like your information corrected or removed, email us at contact@sovereigntyfounders.com with your name, a link to the listing, and what you would like changed. We will process valid requests within three business days and will not relist your information without your consent.
DMCA copyright complaints
Westapps LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on Sovereignty Founders infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to contact@sovereigntyfounders.com that includes:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- Identification of the material on the Service you claim is infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it;
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
On receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the material in question and notify the party whose content was removed.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to contact@sovereigntyfounders.com that includes: identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake, your name, address, and phone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the State of Texas, United States if you are outside the United States). We will process valid counter-notices in accordance with the DMCA.
Repeat infringers
Westapps LLC maintains a policy of terminating access for users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Good faith
Westapps LLC acts in good faith to respect rights holders and organizers. We may decline or seek clarification on requests that are incomplete, abusive, or appear to misrepresent the facts, and we keep a record of requests received and actions taken.
16.
Third-party content and links
The Service relies on and links to information and websites operated by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for that content, its accuracy, or its availability. Your dealings with any event organizer or organization — including registration, payment, and attendance — are solely between you and that third party, on their terms. We disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on or interaction with third-party content or services.
17.
Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Sovereignty Founders offers paid subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout via Stripe Tax.
First-time subscribers receive a 30-day free trial. The trial is available once per customer — it does not apply to a renewed, restarted, or reactivated subscription. You must provide a valid payment method to start your trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. When you cancel, your paid features remain available until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free tier. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time.
We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes apply at the start of your next billing cycle, not mid-cycle. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Westapps LLC never receives or stores your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials — all payment data is handled entirely by Stripe under their security standards. For questions about a charge, contact us at contact@sovereigntyfounders.com.
Eligible payment methods
The Service currently accepts payments from payment methods issued by financial institutions located in the United States. We may decline transactions from payment methods that do not meet this requirement. If you are unsure whether your payment method is eligible, contact us at contact@sovereigntyfounders.com before subscribing.
Plan changes, seats, and account credit
You may change your plan or billing cycle at any time. A change to a higher-priced plan, or an increase in team seats, is charged immediately for the remainder of the current billing period; the change takes effect only if that payment succeeds. On a team plan, only the team administrator can change the plan or billing cycle — team members do not have billing access.
A change to a lower-priced plan or billing cycle takes effect immediately, and the unused value of the period you already paid for is issued as account credit. Account credit is applied automatically to your future invoices with us. It has no cash value, is not transferable, and is not refunded or paid out — including if you later cancel, stop using the Service, or delete your account, in which case any remaining credit is forfeited.
Team seats removed during a billing period are not refunded or credited for that period; the reduced seat count applies from your next invoice. Upgrading an individual plan to a team plan ends the individual subscription immediately and issues its unused value as account credit on the team.
Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable. When you cancel, your paid features remain available through the end of your current billing period, but no refund is issued for the remaining time. We do not refund partial billing periods, downgrades, seat reductions, unused seats or features, periods of non-use, or account credit. Nothing in this section limits any refund right you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Payment failure
If your payment method fails at renewal, we will attempt to collect payment according to our retry schedule and notify you by email. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled.
Disputes and chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at contact@sovereigntyfounders.com before filing a dispute with your financial institution. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
18.

19.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WESTAPPS LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY LISTING OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT, YOUR DEALINGS WITH ANY EVENT ORGANIZER OR VENUE, OR ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE EXTENT THAT LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF WESTAPPS LLC FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
20.
Indemnification
If your intentional misuse of the Service or wilful violation of these Terms directly causes a third-party claim against Westapps LLC, you agree to cooperate with us in good faith in defending that claim and to bear the costs directly attributable to your conduct.
21.
Dispute resolution
If you have a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. We will make a good-faith effort to address your concern within a reasonable time.
If informal resolution fails, either party may pursue any available remedy in a court of competent jurisdiction under the governing law set out below. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court where necessary to prevent harm.
22.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Texas, United States.
23.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
24.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Westapps LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
25.
Contact us
If you have questions about these Terms, want to resolve a concern, or need to reach us for any reason, please email us at contact@sovereigntyfounders.com.

Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. For material changes we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice — for example by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you may stop using the Service.
