Application of Corix Utah City Heating and Cooling LLC to Establish a Thermal Tariff with Rates and Terms of Service

The Public Service Commission will conduct a general rate case hearing in Docket No. 26-2666-01 concerning Corix Utah City Heating and Cooling LLC’s proposed thermal tariff, rates, and terms of service. The record includes a Thermal Energy Service Tariff and blackline, thermal energy cost allocation methodology guideline, infrastructure agreement, district energy services agreement, customer agreement, levelized and non-levelized capacity rates, cost-of-capital materials, customer-protection comparisons, end-user safeguards, bill-impact analysis, and Division of Public Utilities recommendations. Named witnesses include Errol South, Douglas Chong, Maxwell Wang, Josh Figueroa, Derek Nelson, Johan Grueso-Baron, and Hang Hockley for Corix Utah City Heating and Cooling LLC; Imran Mohammed, Justin Shelton, Thomas Allred, Casey J.
