About
The 73rd ICFA Advanced Beam Dynamics Workshop is jointly hosted by Stony Brook University and Brookhaven National Laboratory. It will bring together experts to review theoretical and experimental developments in e+e- factory design and other accelerators, including the Electron-Ion Collider, that require high-intensity electron beams for high luminosity. Objectives include drawing lessons from commissioning SuperKEKB and other factory machines, identifying performance-degrading challenges, and exploring solutions for SuperKEKB, FCC-ee, CEPC, STCF, and the EIC. The workshop also seeks collaboration across low-emittance light sources, muon colliders, and linear colliders and aims to develop solutions to outstanding accelerator-design challenges.
