The workshop addresses decision-grade flow measurement across production, multiphase, allocation, custody transfer, emissions, CCUS, hydrogen, methane management, and other emerging-energy applications. The forum brings together operators, metrology laboratories, OEMs, consultants, academia, regulators, standards stakeholders, and emerging-energy specialists. Indicative technical themes include field measurement challenges; meter design, manufacturing, and technology selection; calibration, qualification, and transferability; deployment, diagnostics, data quality, and continuous assurance; single-phase, custody-transfer, and allocation measurement; CCUS, hydrogen, methane, and emissions measurement; and validation, governance, and decision-grade evidence. The program includes technical sessions, panels, posters, moderated discussion, and Q&A. The workshop co-chairs are Awatef Tebbani of Weatherford and Colin Lightbody of TÜV SÜD National Engineering Laboratory.
