Standing technical committee advising the Participants Committee and ISO New England on the design and oversight of reliability standards for the New England power system. Matters include short- and long-term load forecasts; collection and exchange of system data and future reliability plans; standards and procedures for reliable and efficient system operation; proposed supply- and demand-side resources, transmission, and interconnections; dispatch infrastructure; Installed Capacity Requirements; and ISO determinations regarding capacity resources submitting de-list bids. Meetings are not public, but are open to NEPOOL Participants and authorized representatives, consumer advocates, federal and state officials, and guests cleared with the Committee Chair or Vice-Chair.
