Standing technical committee advising the Participants Committee, ISO New England, and transmission owners on the reliable and efficient operation of the regional transmission system. Matters include amendments to transmission-related provisions of the ISO Tariff and related rules, transmission and ancillary-services billing procedures, and proposed amendments to the Transmission Operating Agreement. Meetings are not public, but are open to NEPOOL Participants and authorized representatives, consumer advocates, federal and state officials, and guests cleared with the Committee Chair or Vice-Chair.
