Principal governing body through which NEPOOL members act as an organization. The committee considers proposals to change the ISO Tariff; recommendations for Installed Capacity Requirements; changes to Operating Procedures, ISO Manuals, NEPOOL GIS Rules, and other system rules and procedures; endorsement of proposed nominees for the ISO Board of Directors; and the annual ISO operating and capital budgets. Meetings are not public, but are open to NEPOOL Participants and authorized representatives, consumer advocates, federal and state officials, and guests cleared with the Committee Chair. Official records and minutes are posted publicly.
